A Lincoln Park native, second generation broker, and former luxury hospitality manager, Nicole brings a rare combination of local expertise, industry insight, and heartfelt service to the Groho Group real estate team.

But before she was helping clients find their dream homes in Chicago, Nicole was curating five-star experiences in some of the country’s top hotels and resorts. After earning her degree in Hospitality Management from Purdue University (Boiler Up! 🚂), she spent 15 years managing high-end restaurants, spas, hotels, and private residence clubs — including a memorable stint in Napa Valley, where she studied to become a sommelier. (Her go-to glass? Robert Sinskey’s Vin Gris.)

That same passion for elevated experiences and attention to detail now fuels her work in real estate. Nicole’s life is full and fun — and she wouldn’t have it any other way. She lives in Chicago with her husband Jeff, their sweet daughter Charlie, son Dean, and their chocolate lab, Stout. (Fun fact: Nicole started a brand called Simply Stout to make stylish bandanas for her pup and other dogs — yes, she’s that creative.)

She’s also a big fan of bowling, local wine bars, and exploring all the ways Chicago shines in every season — from patios in the summer to cozy neighborhood hangouts in the winter. Her favorite part of the job? Helping clients fall in love with the city the way she always has.
