Lynn first joined our team in Spring 2022 as an assistant and transaction coordinator, where she quickly became essential to our operations. With over 12 years of experience as an educator, she brought a natural talent for organization, clear communication, and putting people first. That same skill set made her transition into real estate a seamless one— and in Fall 2023, Lynn officially became a licensed Realtor.
A Local Through and Through
Born and raised in La Grange, Lynn also spent summers in Burr Ridge and La Grange Highlands, giving her deep roots in Chicago’s Western Suburbs. Since becoming a Realtor, she’s already closed over $2.5 million in transactions— many right in the neighborhoods she knows and loves. Her deep local knowledge, paired with her educator’s mindset, gives her clients a serious edge.
Still Teaching, Now Also Selling
Though she’s thriving in real estate, Lynn hasn’t left the classroom behind. She continues to teach while also growing her real estate career— bringing the same heart, patience, and attention to detail to both roles. Her love of learning, community-building, and meaningful work is evident in everything she does.
Working closely with longtime friends turned mentors, Meg and Ed Grochowiak, Lynn quickly became a trusted part of the Groho Group family. Whether she’s guiding clients through the buying process or keeping deals on track behind the scenes, Lynn brings care, clarity, and calm to every step.
More Than a Real Estate Pro
Outside of real estate and teaching, Lynn enjoys life in the West Loop, weekend farmers markets, and perfecting her sourdough loaf. She also spends time at her family’s summer home in Diamond Lake, Michigan, and shares her own home with her beloved cat, Crosby (yes, named after the hockey player, and yes, he’s just as cool).
And did we mention? Lynn recently bought her first condo—solo. She knows firsthand how exciting (and sometimes overwhelming) the homebuying journey can be, and she’s passionate about guiding others through it with confidence.
